Upcycled solid wood piece of a vintage table-top, now art for the wall!
Painted in thick layers of paint. The image of the woman is printed in fade resistant ink. All applied, using the decoupage technique. I have then painted across the top in very thick, textured layers and then distressed this, in some areas back to wood. The text reads in the colour of the undercoat.
Finally varnished and with a wire on the back so it's ready to hang on the wall.
Dimensions: 91cm long, 54cm high, 2cm thick
